TOS

1. I accept payment through PayPal (e-mail will be provided once I accept the commission) or through a Ko-fi donation [here]
2. I accept communication through e-mail and social media direct messages [All of my social media are linked in my carrd page]
3. I am allowed to refuse service altogether, but obliged to state my reasoning behind the refusal
4. I request for half of the payment as a deposit, and then the other half of the payment after the final sketch is approved
5. If the client requested the commission to be done within a certain time and I fail to provide, I am obliged to refund 100% of the commission price given to me
6. If the client requests to cancel after the sketch is approved but before the deadline, or if they request a to cancel after the sketch is approved without having set a deadline for me, I am obliged to refund 50% of the commission price. The deposit will be kept
7. If the client requests to cancel after deposit is paid and before a sketch is send for approval, half of the deposit will be refunded
8. I will NOT accept AI references, nor do I allow my art to be used for AI training or for NFTs
9. The finished commission may be used for personal use only (including as a reference for other artist) with credits put in bio. Commercial use of any kind is prohibitedI CAN DRAW - OCs, FanArt, Blood, Weaponry (though not all - I will ensure to let the commissioner know whether or not a certain weapon is within my skill level)
I CAN'T DRAW - Furries, Mechas (both due to lack of skillset required to draw them well)
